Responsibilities

Manage provider schedules to maximize productivity and patient flow
Follow up with unscheduled treatment and overdue hygiene patients
Communicate treatment value and help patients find appointment solutions
Maintain accurate patient records and appointment notes
Coordinate with clinical team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
Previous dental scheduling or front office experience required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with dental software systems preferred
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic
